Ingredients
- 2 lb. carrots
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1/2 c. honey
- 1 c. pecans (large pieces)
Method
- Peel carrots and cut into large slices.
- Sprinkle salt over carrots and saute in margarine until crisp.
- Do not overcook. Spoon honey over carrots.
- Add pecans and stir until they have a glaze.
