Ingredients
- 1 tsp. reduced calorie margarine
- 1 Tbsp. lo-cal brown sugar
- dash of hot sauce
- 1/8 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 c. sliced carrots
Method
- Add all ingredients in a nonstick skillet.
- Heat until bubbly. Add carrots and simmer until tender-crisp (about 5 minutes for frozen carrots).
