Ingredients
- 2 c. thinly sliced carrots
- 2 Tbsp. orange juice
- 3 Tbsp. packed brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
Method
- In a quart casserole, combine carrots and orange juice. Cover.
- Microwave on High for 3 minutes.
- Stir in remaining ingredients.
- Re-cover.
- Microwave on High for 2 to 4 minutes or until carrots are tender-crisp.
- Let stand 2 minutes.
