Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground chuck or hamburger
- 1/3 head cabbage, sliced
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. uncooked rice
- 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can tomato sauce
Method
- Melt 2 tablespoons margarine in skillet or Dutch oven. Add sliced cabbage, then chopped onion, rice, uncooked meat, salt, pepper and tomato sauce. Cover with tight lid. Cook over medium heat, 35 minutes without lifting lid.
