Ingredients
- 1 medium head cabbage
- 3 1/2 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- dash of pepper
- 3/4 Tbsp. salt
- 3 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
Method
- Shred cabbage and place in cooking pot. Add water, pepper, salt, sugar and butter. Cover and cook on medium heat until soft, about 30 minutes.
- If water cooks up too fast, add a little more.
