Ingredients
- 1 c. coconut
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 1 box German chocolate mix
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 box confectioners sugar
- 1 stick butter or margarine
Method
- Mix coconut and pecans.
- Spread evenly on bottom of 9 x 12-inch greased and floured pan.
- Mix cake mix according to directions on box.
- Pour over nut and coconut mixture.
- Melt butter and mix with cream cheese.
- Fold in confectioners sugar. Pour over cake mix evenly.
- Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes. Cool before cutting.
