Ingredients
- 1/2 stick margarine
- 1/2 bar German chocolate
- 1 small can milk
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- 1 c. sugar
- 4 eggs, separated
- 1 can coconut
- 1 pie crust
Method
- Save egg whites for topping.
- Save 1/2 of coconut for topping. Mix all ingredients.
- Pour into pie crust.
- Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.
- Make meringue using egg whites and coconut.
- Put on baked pie and bake meringue until done.
