Ingredients
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello
- 1 c. hot water
- 1 large can crushed pineapple
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. grated carrots
- 1/3 c. crushed nuts
Method
- Dissolve jello in hot water.
- Drain pineapple; use juice and add enough water to juice to make 1 cup of liquid.
- Add vinegar and salt.
- Add to jello.
- Chill until partially set.
- Add pineapple, carrots and nuts.
- Chill to set.
