Ingredients
- 2 c. broccoli florets
- 3/4 c. oil
- 2 c. mushrooms, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1/4 c. green onion, chopped
- 1 tsp. grated lemon rind
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 lb. cooked shrimp
- 10 oz. linguini, cooked and buttered
- 1/2 c. grated cheese (Romano)
Method
- Stir-fry broccoli in 1/4 cup oil for 5 minutes.
- Add remaining oil.
- Add mushrooms, shrimp, garlic, onion, lemon rind, salt and pepper.
- Stir-fry for 5 minutes.
- Add to buttered linguini. Sprinkle with Romano.
- Toss well.
