Ingredients
- 2 large potatoes, cut into wedges
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. rosemary
- 2 Tbsp. wine vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Method
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl; stir potatoes to coat. Wrap potatoes in two 12-inch square foil pouches, sealing all edges.
- Grill over medium flame for 15 to 18 minutes.
