Ingredients

  • 2 Tablespoons Shallots, Minced
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 pound Ground Turkey Meat
  • 1/4 cups Garlic Mustard Aioli
  • 1 Tablespoon Herbes De Provence
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
  • 1/4 cups Bread Crumbs
  • 5 whole English Muffins, Toasted
  • 5 slices Swiss Cheese
  • 1 whole Avocado, Sliced
  • 1 whole Tomato, Sliced
  • 1/4 whole Onion, Sliced

Method

  • Heat grill to medium high heat.
  • Saute shallots over medium heat in olive oil for about 5-7 minutes, or until they become transluscent.
  • Combine ground turkey, shallots, mustard, herbes de Provence, salt, pepper and breadcrumbs in a large bowl.
  • Form into patties and grill for about 6 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
  • Place on English muffin, top with cheese and garnish with avocado, tomato and onion.
