Ingredients

  • 1 12 scoops chocolate protein powder
  • 12 ounces cold water
  • 10 teaspoons Splenda sugar substitute (10 packets)
  • 1 sugar free fudgesicle
  • 12 ounce davinci sugar free vanilla syrup
  • 6 ice cubes

Method

  • Put all ingredients except protein into blender.
  • Blend on high until no more pings from ice on blades.
  • Turn down blender until top of mixture is moving but not splashing.
  • Add protein powder and replace cover and whirl, but not too high or it will puff up to about 40 oz!
