Ingredients
- 1 12 scoops chocolate protein powder
- 12 ounces cold water
- 10 teaspoons Splenda sugar substitute (10 packets)
- 1 sugar free fudgesicle
- 12 ounce davinci sugar free vanilla syrup
- 6 ice cubes
Method
- Put all ingredients except protein into blender.
- Blend on high until no more pings from ice on blades.
- Turn down blender until top of mixture is moving but not splashing.
- Add protein powder and replace cover and whirl, but not too high or it will puff up to about 40 oz!
