Ingredients

  • 6 c. chopped pecans (1 1/2 lb.)
  • 2 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 1/2 c. raisins
  • 1 1/4 c. chopped candied cherries (about 1/2 lb.)
  • 1 1/4 c. chopped candied pineapple (about 1/2 lb.)
  • 4 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
  • 1/2 c. evaporated milk
  • 1/4 c. butter or margarine
  • 1 1/2 c. flaked coconut

Method

  • In bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, pecans, raisins, cherries and pineapple.
  • In a pan, combine marshmallows, milk and butter.
  • Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until melted. Pour over pecan mixture and mix well.
  • Shape into 1-inch balls and roll in coconut.
