Ingredients

  • 2 packages Refrigerated Crescent Roll Dough, 8 Ounce Tubes
  • 1 can Pineapple Tidbits, 20 Ounce Can
  • 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese
  • 1/2 cups Granulated Sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons Cornstarch
  • 10 ounces, weight Strawberries, Sliced
  • 2 whole Kiwi, Sliced
  • 1 pint Blueberries
  • 2 whole Bananas, Sliced

Method

  • Lay crescent roll dough out in the bottom of an ungreased jelly roll pan and seal all of the seams/edges. Bake according to package directions and cool.
  • Meanwhile, drain pineapple tidbits and reserve juice. Combine 2 Tablespoons of the pineapple juice with the cream cheese and sugar; mix well. Cook the remaining juice over medium low heat with 2 Tablespoons of cornstarch. Stir until smooth and thickened. When pizza crust has cooled, spread cream cheese mixture over it. Lay strawberries, kiwi, blueberries, banana and pineapple tidbits over cream cheese. Drizzle pizza with pineapple juice glaze. Chill and serve.
