Ingredients

  • 1 roll Pillsbury sugar cookie dough
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • fruits of choice (strawberries, kiwi, raspberries, pineapple, bananas, etc.)
  • 1 c. orange juice
  • 1/2 c. lemon juice
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 3 Tbsp. cornstarch

Method

  • Spread cookie dough into bottom of 12-inch round pizza pan. Bake at 325° for 11 to 13 minutes.
  • Mix cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar and vanilla.
  • Spread over cooled crust.
  • Arrange fruit of your choice over cream cheese mixture.
  • Mix orange juice, lemon juice and 1/2 cup sugar in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
  • When mixture is boiling, add 1/2 cup water in which 3 tablespoons cornstarch is dissolved.
  • Cook until mixture is thick and clear. Pour over fruit immediately.
  • Refrigerate.
  • Serve with whipped cream or topping of your choice.
