Ingredients
- 1 pkg. pie crust (2 crust pkg.)
- 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 c. grated or shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 c. orange juice and 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 3/4 c. water
Method
- Stir together in saucepan.
- Cook over medium heat until thick. Add 1/2 teaspoon each of grated lemon and orange rind.
- Cool and spoon over fruit.
- Let stand until it sets.
- Enjoy.
