Ingredients
- 1-3 oz pkg strawberry jello
- 1 c boiling water
- 1-6 oz can frozen lemonade concentrate
- 3 c Cool Whip topping, thawed
- 1-10 oz pkg frozen sliced strawberries
- 1-7 oz can crushed pineapple
Method
- Drain fruit.
- Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
- Add lemonade concentrate and stir until melted.
- Chill until slightly thickened.
- Blend in whipped topping and fold in fruit.
