Ingredients

  • 1 (4 serving size) pkg. vanilla or chocolate instant pudding mix
  • 1 1/2 c. cold milk
  • 1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
  • 24 to 30 graham crackers

Method

  • Gradually add milk to peanut butter, blending until smooth. Add pudding mix slowly with rotary beater or at lowest speed with electric mixer for about 2 minutes.
  • Let stand for 5 minutes. Spread filling about 1/2-inch thick on 12 to 15 crackers.
  • Top with remaining crackers, pressing lightly.
  • Smooth edges with spatula.
  • Freeze until firm, about 3 hours.
  • Makes 12 to 15 sandwiches.
