Ingredients
- 1 c. graham wafer crumbs
- 1/3 c. maple syrup
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 egg whites
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 1/4 c. cream
Method
- Press 1/2 of
- crumbs
- in an 8-inch square pan.
- Cook maple syrup and egg
- yolks
- over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened. Cool.
- Beat egg whites; gradually add sugar.
- Fold meringue into cooled mixture.
- Whip
- cream
- and
- fold into meringue mixture.
- Turn into prepared pan.
- Sprinkle
- with remaining
- crumbs.
- Freeze until firm.
- Cut into squares and serve.
