Ingredients
- 24 oreo cookies
- 1 stick margarine, melted
- 1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream, softened
- 1 container (8 oz.) Cool Whip
- 1 Baker's German sweet chocolate bar
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 2/3 c. evaporated milk
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1 stick margarine
Method
- Crush cookies in blender or food processor.
- Reserve some cookie crumbs for garnish.
- Put remaining crumbs in 9 x 13 pan and drizzle with melted margarine.
- Let set in freezer.
- Cover with softened ice cream.
- Freeze.
