Ingredients
- 1 head grated cabbage
- 1 carrot
- red and green peppers
- celery
- 1 tsp. salt (rounded)
- 1 c. vinegar
- 1/4 c. water
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. celery seed
- 1 tsp. mustard seed
Method
- Add salt to cabbage.
- Let stand for 1 hour.
- Squeeze out juice and add carrot, peppers and celery (grated).
