Ingredients
- 6 Tbsp. milk
- 6 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 c. chocolate chips
Method
- In medium saucepan, boil milk, margarine and sugar for 1 minute.
- Add chips and stir until smooth.
- Place pan in cold water and stir until proper consistency. Will frost 9 x 13 pan of brownies.
