Ingredients
- 1 lb. pecan halves
- 1 egg white
- 1 tsp. water
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. salt
Method
- Whip egg white and water. Combine sugar, cinnamon and salt. Add to egg white mixture.
- Pour over pecans and spread on cookie sheet.
- Bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
