Ingredients
- squash
- 1/2 c. sweet milk
- 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Method
- Slice squash 1/2-inch thick.
- Dip in milk and coat in the remaining ingredients (all mixed together).
- Fry until golden brown.
