- Unripe plantains (1 per person)
- Pure Spanish olive oil
- salt to taste
Method
- Choose a plantain with yellow-green or all-green peel that is hard to the touch.
- Remove peel and slice in about 1 inch perpendicular slices.
- If it is too difficult to remove the peel, first cut off the ends and then make 4 end-to-end cuts through the peel only and gently lift and roll off the peel.
