Ingredients
- 5 or 6 apples, sliced
- 1/2 to 3/4 stick butter
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/4 to 1/2 c. water
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon (optional)
Method
- Melt butter.
- Add water and apples.
- Steam until almost tender.
- Add sugar and cinnamon and cook uncovered until done.
