Ingredients
- 1 whole Zucchini
- 20 whole Grape Tomatoes
- 1/2 whole Onion (Vidalia Or Yellow)
- 2 Tablespoons Butter
- 1/2 teaspoons Garlic Powder, Or To Taste
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt (or Salt To Taste)
Method
- Slice all the vegetables. Melt the butter and add veggies. When almost tender, add the garlic powder and salt.
- I like my veggies a little crunchy so I take them off the heat before they become totally tender. Enjoy!
