Ingredients
- 1 Zucchini
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 small piece Ginger
- 1 tsp Mentsuyu (3x concentrate)
- 2 tbsp Water
Method
- Slice the zucchini with a slicer and gently rub with salt.
- Lightly squeeze the water out and transfer to a dish.
- Dilute the mentsuyu with water and pour over the zucchini.
- Add the grated ginger on top to finish.
