Ingredients
- 1 small onion
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 small carrot
- 1/2 green pepper
- 1/2 medium cucumber
- salt and pepper
Method
- Grate vegetables and drain dry.
- Mix mayonnaise and cream cheese.
- Add vegetables, salt and pepper to taste.
- Chill 2 or more hours.
- Spread on crackers or party breads.
