Ingredients

  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 4 Tbsp. strawberry gelatin
  • 1 c. warm water
  • 1 c. sliced strawberries

Method

  • Mix together first 4 ingredients and put on stove, stirring continuously, until it thickens, approximately 10 minutes.
  • Remove from stove and pour in the strawberries.
  • Mix well.
  • Pour all into a prepared 9-inch graham cracker crust.
  • Chill well, about 2 hours. Top with Cool Whip.
  • Garnish with whole strawberries.
