Ingredients
- 1 pkg. fresh spinach or similar amount bunches
- 6 slices crisp cooked bacon, broken into bits
- 10 or more cherry tomatoes (others will do)
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- French dressing
Method
- Break spinach into small pieces and wash thoroughly. Dry between a couple of towels.
- Roll towels and place in refrigerator preferably overnight.
