Ingredients
- 2 medium fresh tomatoes
- seeded and chopped
- 1 to 2 fresh jalapeno or serrano peppers
- seeded and chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- Juice of 1 lime
- Kosher salt to taste
Method
- Combine all ingredients. Let stand at least 30 minutes to blend flavors.
