Ingredients
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 stick margarine
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 c. buttermilk
- 1 pkg. frozen coconut
- 1 pie shell
Method
- Cream sugar with flour and butter.
- Add eggs, buttermilk and coconut.
- Mix well and pour in shell.
- Bake at 300° to 325° until done.
