Ingredients
- 4 skinless boneless chicken breasts or 4 closely trimmed lean pork chops (boneless)
- 2 tsp. all-purpose seasoning
- 4 Tbsp. Kraft Fat-Free mayonnaise
- 4 c. Rice Krispies cereal, ground semi-coarse
Method
- The first thing you do is take the chicken breasts or the pork chops and remove all traces of excess fat.
- Take your time and trim it all away with a sharp paring knife.
