Ingredients

  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1/2 c. finely chopped nuts
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/4 c. powdered sugar
  • 16 oz. Cool Whip, divided
  • 2 pkg. instant pudding of choice
  • 3 c. milk

Method

  • Melt margarine in 9 x 13-inch pan; stir in flour and nuts until mixed.
  • Press evenly in pan.
  • Bake at 350° for 10 minutes; cool.
  • Combine cream cheese, powdered sugar and 1/2 of Cool Whip. Spread over crust.
  • Combine 2 packages instant pudding with 3 cups milk; pour over cheese mixture.
  • Let set.
  • Cover with remaining Cool Whip and sprinkle with nuts.
  • Refrigerate for 2 hours.
