Ingredients
- 1 c. flour
- 1 stick margarine
- 1/2 c. finely chopped nuts
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/4 c. powdered sugar
- 16 oz. Cool Whip, divided
- 2 pkg. instant pudding of choice
- 3 c. milk
Method
- Melt margarine in 9 x 13-inch pan; stir in flour and nuts until mixed.
- Press evenly in pan.
- Bake at 350° for 10 minutes; cool.
- Combine cream cheese, powdered sugar and 1/2 of Cool Whip. Spread over crust.
- Combine 2 packages instant pudding with 3 cups milk; pour over cheese mixture.
- Let set.
- Cover with remaining Cool Whip and sprinkle with nuts.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours.
