Ingredients
- 3 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips (any brand)
- 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
- dash of salt
- 1 c. chopped walnuts or any other nut meat
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
Method
- In heavy pan, over low heat, melt chips with the Eagle Brand condensed milk.
- Remove from heat; stir in nuts and vanilla. Spread evenly into waxed paper lined 8 or 9-inch square pan.
- Chill 2 hours or until firm.
- Turn fudge onto cutting board; peel paper off.
- Cut into squares.
- May store loosely in covered container in refrigerator or room temperature.
