Ingredients
- 1/2 c. peanut butter
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 1 (9-inch) baked regular pie crust or graham cracker crust
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
- 1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
Method
- Whip cream cheese until soft and fluffy.
- Beat in peanut butter and powdered sugar.
- Slowly add milk.
- Blend in Cool Whip and pour into prepared crust.
- Top with nuts.
- Freeze until firm; takes 4 to 6 hours.
- Cover with plastic wrap if any leftover in freezer.
