Ingredients
- 125 g (1/2 of 250-g pkg.) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup icing sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 tsp. almond extract
- 3 cups thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping
- 2 cups sweetened flaked coconut
Method
- Beat cream cheese in medium bowl with whisk until creamy.
- Add sugar gradually, beating well after each addition.
- Blend in milk and extract.
- Stir in Cool Whip, then coconut.
