- 2/3 pound spaghetti
- 2 slices ham Carrot
- 2 slices smoked salmon
- 2 streaky bacon
- 2 tablespoons caviar
- 2 teaspoons butter
- 1/4 red capsicum makes 3 hearts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons peppercorn Chilli
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 sprig parsley
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ground black pepper
- olive oil
- smoked salmon
- spaghetti
- caviar
- ham
Method
- Cook pasta Al Dente accordingly to instructions of package. Drain & add butter.
- Using a mould, cut out shapes from Capsicum, Salmon & Ham. Set aside.
- Heat oil & fry bacon. Add garlic & sauteed till fragrant. Add chilli, then pasta& salt. Mix well.
