Ingredients

  • 2/3 pound spaghetti
  • 2 slices ham Carrot
  • 2 slices smoked salmon
  • 2 streaky bacon
  • 2 tablespoons caviar
  • 2 teaspoons butter
  • 1/4 red capsicum makes 3 hearts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons peppercorn Chilli
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 sprig parsley
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ground black pepper

  • smoked salmon
  • spaghetti
  • caviar
  • ham

Method

  • Cook pasta Al Dente accordingly to instructions of package. Drain & add butter.
  • Using a mould, cut out shapes from Capsicum, Salmon & Ham. Set aside.
  • Heat oil & fry bacon. Add garlic & sauteed till fragrant. Add chilli, then pasta& salt. Mix well.
