Ingredients
- 1 lb. frozen, skinless flounder fillets, thawed
- 1 1/2 c. boiling water
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
- 1 Tbsp. onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp. marjoram
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. skim milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of red pepper
- 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Method
- Place fish fillets in 1 cup boiling water.
- Cook, uncovered, 2 minutes.
- Drain.
- Place spinach and onion in 1/2 cup boiling water.
- Separate spinach with fork.
- When water returns to boiling, cover and cook spinach 2 minutes.
- Drain well.
- Mix with marjoram.
