Ingredients
- 1 c. white Karo corn syrup
- 1 c. light brown sugar, packed
- 1/3 tsp. salt
- 1/3 c. melted Land O Lakes butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3 whole eggs, slightly beaten
- 2 heaping c. shelled whole pecans
Method
- Combine syrup, sugar, salt, melted butter and vanilla and mix well.
- Add slightly beaten eggs.
- Pour into a deep dish unbaked pie shell.
- Sprinkle pecans over all.
- Bake in preheated 350° oven for approximately 1 hour or until center is done.
