Ingredients
- 6 medium potatoes (1 3/4 lb.)
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 1/4 c. salad oil
- 1/8 tsp. thyme
Method
- Preheat oven to 425°.
- Peel potatoes and cut into 1/4's.
- Fine chop garlic.
- Place 1/2 of potatoes in 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. Add onion, salt, pepper and thyme on top.
- Add remaining potatoes. Pour oil on top.
- Bake, covered, 1 hour.
