Ingredients

  • 1 Piece of Fish (any kind)
  • 2 Red or Green Pepper
  • 1 Onion
  • Black Pepper
  • Salt
  • 300 g Water

Method

  • Dice in big pieces the Onions and Peppers. Heat the pan and put them in. After a minute, add 100 gr water, 3 times in a row - when first 100gr of water evaporates add the next 100 gr till you're out of it. After first 200gr evaporates, add a pinch of salt and one of pepper, stir constantly and add the diced piece of fish. Cook it till it's done.
