- 60 grams butter
- 300 grams frozen haddock, poached, skinned, boned, flaked
- 184 gram box Rice-A-Roni any herb flavor, cooked
- 2 hard boiled eggs,chopped
- salt
- freshly ground black pepper
- 10 ml. curry powder
- 12.5 ml. freshly chopped parsley
- 37.5 ml. fresh cream
Method
- Heat butter in large saucepan.
- Stir in flaked haddock, cooked rice, eggs, seasoning and curry powder.
- Stir well.
- Add parsley and stir in cream.
- Heat thoroughly.
- Serve immediately. Serves 4.
