Ingredients
- 2 lb. steel head trout, skinned and filleted
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 Tbsp. grated onion
- 1 Tbsp. white vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. celery salt
- dash of cayenne pepper
Method
- Put single layer of fish in greased baking dish.
- Combine all ingredients and pour over fish.
- Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
