Ingredients

  • 1 clove galic
  • 1 clove onion, chopped
  • 1/3 stick unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup green olives
  • 1/4 cup black olives
  • 1/4 cup mushroom (in can) slice
  • 125 grams tomato sauce (pouch)
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 2 tbsp liquid seasoning
  • 3 tbsp oyster sauce
  • pinch salt & pepper to taste
  • 2 piece chili bird eye
  • 1/4 bunch fresh asparagus
  • 1 packages cream dory fish slice
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1 piece green or red bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1/3 can liver spred
  • 1/3 can liver spread

Method

  • Saute' garlic & onion in the butter.
  • Add water, tomato sauce, tomato paste, seasoning, and fish.
  • Simmer for about a minute then add olives, bell pepper, peanut butter, liver spread.
  • Simmer until sauce thicken then add the chili and fresh asparagus.
  • Serve with steam rice.
