Ingredients
- 2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans salmon, tuna or other fish
- 1 c. mashed potatoes
- 2 Tbsp. mustard
- 1 large egg white (I use whole egg)
- 3/4 c. finely chopped onions
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
Method
- Mix all ingredients. Shape in patties.
- Fry in any type oil about 3 minutes on each side. Serves 6.
- Can half the recipe.
