Ingredients

  • 1 to 2 lb. ground chuck
  • 1 large onion, sliced into 1/2-inch rings
  • 1 can sliced carrots, drained
  • 1 can sliced potatoes, drained
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • garlic powder to taste

Method

  • In electric skillet, crumble ground chuck evenly over bottom. Season with salt, pepper and garlic.
  • Spread onion slices evenly over meat.
  • Next, add potatoes evenly on onion, and then carrots over potatoes.
  • Spread soup over the top of carrots.
  • Cover and cook approximately 30 minutes at 250°, or until meat is done.
  • Do not stir during cooking time!!!
  • Serve in layers.
  • Will serve 4.
