Ingredients
- 1 to 2 lb. ground chuck
- 1 large onion, sliced into 1/2-inch rings
- 1 can sliced carrots, drained
- 1 can sliced potatoes, drained
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- salt and pepper to taste
- garlic powder to taste
Method
- In electric skillet, crumble ground chuck evenly over bottom. Season with salt, pepper and garlic.
- Spread onion slices evenly over meat.
- Next, add potatoes evenly on onion, and then carrots over potatoes.
- Spread soup over the top of carrots.
- Cover and cook approximately 30 minutes at 250°, or until meat is done.
- Do not stir during cooking time!!!
- Serve in layers.
- Will serve 4.
