Ingredients
- 4 c. flour
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1/2 c. powdered milk
- 2 c. lukewarm water
- 1/2 c. cooking oil
- 3 pkg. dry yeast
Method
- Mix first 4 ingredients together.
- In second bowl, add next 3 ingredients.
- When yeast is dissolved, pour second mix into flour mixture, stirring until well blended.
- Set in warm place until dough rises to double in size.
- Pour onto floured sheet; knead and make into small balls.
- Put on greased baking sheets.
- These may be frozen at this stage, before being allowed to rise again.
- Let rise again until double in size.
- Bake at 375° until brown.
