Ingredients

  • 4 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. powdered milk
  • 2 c. lukewarm water
  • 1/2 c. cooking oil
  • 3 pkg. dry yeast

Method

  • Mix first 4 ingredients together.
  • In second bowl, add next 3 ingredients.
  • When yeast is dissolved, pour second mix into flour mixture, stirring until well blended.
  • Set in warm place until dough rises to double in size.
  • Pour onto floured sheet; knead and make into small balls.
  • Put on greased baking sheets.
  • These may be frozen at this stage, before being allowed to rise again.
  • Let rise again until double in size.
  • Bake at 375° until brown.
