Ingredients

  • 1 lb. hamburger meat
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese
  • 8 medium-size tortillas (flour)
  • jalapeno peppers to taste

Method

  • Brown hamburger meat and onion.
  • Add soup, milk and peppers after hamburger meat has been drained.
  • Simmer 10 minutes.
  • Cut tortillas in strips and line baking dish.
  • Put 1/2 hamburger mixture over tortillas and put 1/2 cheeses on top of hamburger mixture. Repeat.
  • Bake for 30 minutes at 350°.
  • Freezes well.
